1. What Ithaka Is

Ithaka is a text-only social platform where users write, publish, and read written content. The App includes optional AI-powered writing assistance features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ithaka.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

4. Your Content

• You own the content you create and post.
• By posting content, you grant Ithaka a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content only for operating and improving the App.

5. AI Features

• AI features are optional.
• AI is used for writing assistance such as grammar improvement and template creation.
• AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before publishing.
• You are responsible for all published content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not post content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, hateful, or harassing
• Spam or misleading
• Infringing on intellectual property
• Violent or discriminatory

7. Moderation

• Users can report content and accounts.
• Ithaka may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
• Ithaka does not guarantee review of all content.

8. Termination

Ithaka may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." Ithaka does not provide medical, legal, or therapeutic advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ithaka is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
